Jim Ullock Joins Softball BC Staff as Sport Development Director

Softball BC is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Ullock to its provincial office as the Sport Development Director, effective November 17, 2025.

Jim has been sharing his passion for the game for the past 25 years across a variety of roles at both the local and provincial levels. He has been instructing with the Cloverdale Minor Softball Association for 14 years and founded the Coverall Softball Training Center in 2012, which has delivered year-round programs that cultivate young athletes and have produced several players for the Canadian National Team. He has been involved with the Langley Secondary School Softball Academy since 2017 and, until most recently, coached the Douglas College Women's Softball Team.

Jim also has an appreciation for the work our LSO experience, having served on committees locally and at the provincial level.

His experience as a program builder and mentor, combined with his knowledge and passion for growing the game, will undoubtedly help our team guide Softball BC toward achieving its strategic goals.
