Men's and Women's Slo-Pitch Information

WELCOME TO SOFTBALL BC'S MEN'S AND WOMEN'S SLO-PITCH INFORMATION PAGE

On behalf of Softball BC and myself, I would like to thank all the members from our slo pitch community. Thank you for your dedication to the game and for the feedback that you shared with me last year when I had the privilege to meet many of you at provincials. I shared these conversations with our board and we all share the same excitement for what’s to come for slo pitch in our province.

So, here’s what currently in the works! Host bids for both the men’s and women’s provincials have been posted with the intent that hosts will come forward each year for an annual event. Invitations have been sent to ask for volunteers so that we can recruit Slo Pitch Coordinators from each district of the province. These positions will serve to liaise between slo pitch teams and Softball BC and the group of coordinators will collaborate to grow and strengthen all levels of slo pitch in BC.

Both of these items are a start to get us moving forward to build the game and this is only just the beginning as I know there are still relationships to build and so much to learn.
